How do I know which size to choose?

We know just how important the fit is so we have put together a handy size chart here.

Do you offer socks in larger sizes?

Our largest size for all of our socks is 11-12 which fits the men's large foot.

How do I care for my socks?

All of our socks come with washing instructions on their labels, please make sure you follow them closely to get the best out of your socks. However as a general rule of thumb these are the things to remember:

  • Turn socks inside-out.

  • Machine wash on gentle cycle in warm (<40º) or cool water(<20º).

  • Use mild soap; no bleach or fabric softener.

  • Preferably do not tumble dry or make sure to do it on a low temperature setting.

Where are the socks made?

The certified technology is made in Chile, and it is then sent to a Chilean factory in China to finish manufacturing the socks.

Why aren't they made in New Zealand?

It is our dream to manufacture our socks here in New Zealand. We are a small family business, and the only way, at the moment, we can offer these awesome socks at a competitive price is by manufacturing them overseas.

What types of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard cards, and Paypal.

How can I check my order status?

After placing your online order you will get a confirmation email from us with order details, within 24 hours of that you will get a shipping email with the status of your parcel complete with link to the tracking details. Keep an eye on that link and if your parcel exceeds the ETA get in touch with us and we will sort it asap.

If you do not receive any of these emails, first check your junk/spam folder, if there is nothing waiting for you there then call or email us straight away.
 

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order call us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped we will refund you your full amount. If your order has been shipped but not delivered we will refund you the full amount less shipping and we will get the parcel re-directed to us. If your parcel has arrived and you still want to cancel your order, send us back the socks in original condition and we will refund you the price of the socks.

Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store, but we do offer a pick up option from our office. You can also find our socks at Hardy's Health Stores in the North Island. For a detailed list of stores click here.
