Shipping – Within New Zealand
How do we calculate your shipping?
You will only need to pay $5 for standard shipping, and $7 for courier service, no matter where in New Zealand you want your products to be delivered, urban or rural.
How do we ship your order?
We use NZ Post services for shipping your order.
Please Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes - if you enter a PO Box as your shipping address, we may contact you for an alternative delivery address.
When can you expect your order?
We aim to process and dispatch orders on the next business day of them being placed.
You should receive your order within a 2-3 business days delivery time frame, however if your address is a rural delivery please expect to add an additional 2 days to that time frame.
During busy sale periods and over New Zealand public holidays, you may experience a delay in receiving your order. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
COVID-19: As announced by NZ Post: "We're seeing a significant increase in parcel volumes. While the majority are delivered in 3 days, some are delayed by up to 5 days (10 days in Waikato, 2 weeks in Auckland). Thank you for your patience as we do everything we can to keep things moving."
Shipping - International
Where do we ship?
Currently, we only send orders to Australia.
How do we ship your orders?
Our orders are sent using NZ Post services. You have the option to choose International Air Untracked or International Courier.
When can you expect your order?
International Air Untracked: 7-12 business days
International Courier: 3-6 business day
Important: Please note that these time-frames are based on getting the parcel from New Zealand to your country, they do not include the time to clear customs - this is entirely up to your customs department.
COVID-19: As indicated by NZ Post, they currently do not have an estimation as to delivery times to Australia. So, we would appreciate your understanding if you don[t get your order within the above indicated time frames.
How much does international shipping cost?
International Air Untracked: there is a fixed price of NZ$10 for orders up to 3 products.
International Courier: there is a fixed price of NZ$25 for orders up to 3 products.
Important: You may need to pay additional customs and taxes, which do vary by country. Fitz Great Limited is not responsible for any additional charges incurred by customs. More information about specific custom rates can be found by contacting your local postal service.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
Business days are Monday to Friday, and do not include weekends or public holidays.
While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
Delivery charges and minimum order are subject to change at any time.
Please check your order upon arrival to ensure it contains the right contents.
All orders are subject to availability of items at the time of dispatch. We do our best to maintain up to date and accurate information regarding stock levels. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

Customs and import charges for international orders may be imposed by the destination country. We are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel and are not included in the cost of delivery.
